Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the Russet potatoes under cold running water to remove dirt and dry them thoroughly.
- Drizzle olive oil over each potato and rub it in. Sprinkle sea salt all around.

- Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork, flipping them halfway through.
