Preparing the Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for a perfect crust.
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, and salt. Gradually stir in the warm water until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Roll the dough into a circle about ¼-inch thick on a floured surface.
- Spread the tomato sauce on the dough, leaving half an inch for the crust edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Lay the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top for added richness.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
