  • 1 cup pepperoni can substitute with veggies or different meats

Method
 

Preparing the Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for a perfect crust.
  2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, and salt. Gradually stir in the warm water until a soft dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Roll the dough into a circle about ¼-inch thick on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce on the dough, leaving half an inch for the crust edges.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  7. Lay the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the top for added richness.
  9. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  10. Cool for a few minutes before slicing.
