How to Make Mini Apple Pies
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pie crust to about 1/8-inch thick, then cut it into 4-inch circles.
  3. Mix together the sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, nutmeg, and melted butter in a bowl.
  4. Place each dough circle into the muffin tin, gently pressing it down. Fill each shell with about 1 tablespoon of the apple mixture.
  5. Cover the filled shells with smaller circles of dough, crimping the edges with a fork.
  6. Bake the mini apple pies in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown.
  7. Let them cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
