  • 12 oz fresh or frozen ravioli Use your favorite flavor, preferably cheese-filled.
For the Sauce
  • 2 cups marinara sauce Homemade or store-bought.
For the Cheese Topping
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Melts beautifully, creates a gooey top layer.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds an extra layer of flavor.
For the Garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil leaves Brightens the dish and adds aroma.
For Greasing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil To grease the baking dish.

Method
 

How to Make Baked Ravioli
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Add more marinara sauce on top of the ravioli, followed by sprinkling mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly, then garnish with fresh basil before serving.
