How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, kosher salt, and baking powder until combined.
  4. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix in the melted butter until smooth.
  5. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and kosher salt, mixing until creamy.
  7. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the brownie base, then dollop the strawberry pie filling on top, swirling gently.
