Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage for about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Gently fold in the torn bread pieces until they’re fully coated in the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Once baked, allow the casserole to cool slightly before slicing into squares.
